3. Membership Services

The Singing Classroom provides subscription-based access to an online library of elementary music teaching resources, including songs, games, and classroom materials.

Billing

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan). You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method until cancellation.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and access remains active through the end of your paid billing period.

4. Digital Products & Refund Policy

All content is delivered digitally and made available immediately upon purchase.

Because access is provided instantly, refunds are not guaranteed, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share membership access or login credentials

  • Distribute or upload resources to public platforms

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell materials

  • Use resources for commercial redistribution

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Limited Classroom License

Your membership grants a limited, non-transferable license for:

✅ teaching enrolled students

You may not:

❌ use content in commercial training programs

7. School & District Accounts

The Singing Classroom is designed for educators and may be purchased by schools or districts. Schools and account holders are responsible for ensuring use complies with their internal policies.

8. Student Data & FERPA Notice

The Singing Classroom is intended for teacher use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from students.

  • Student names or emails are not required

  • Student data is not used for advertising or profiling

We support privacy practices consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
